Return and refund policy

Oh Daisy DO NOT offer refunds.

If you believe a product is faulty or are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, please email us photos at hello@ohdaisyfloral.com within 24 hours of delivery, detailing your concerns. If we agree, we will gladly replace the item(s).

We are committed to resolving any issues, so please be kind. We create and deliver all our blooms with love. However, please remember that we are all human and working with fresh products!

We will not replace any florals if contacted after 24 hours. 

Please note- No responsibility is taken for flowers left out in extreme weather. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the recipient will be home or deliver to a workplace.
