Shipping Policy

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the correct delivery details!

At Oh Daisy, our flowers are selected each morning to guarantee the freshest seasonal blooms. We deliver all flowers and gifts with the utmost care. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, weather-protected spot at the specified address, as we see fit. 

If incorrect delivery details are provided or we cannot access the property due to locked gates or animals, we may need to return the product to our studio. In such cases, re-delivery may incur an additional fee. If your address is new, please provide detailed instructions, as we rely on Google Maps for navigation.

Same-day delivery is guaranteed by 6pm unless otherwise specified. If you need your flowers delivered by a specific time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We aim to promptly deliver all orders to their recipients by mid-afternoon.

Each selected bunch is made with love and includes a complimentary Oh Daisy gift card, gift wrapping, and GST. The product images on our website change daily based on seasonal availability, ensuring a fun and premium floral aesthetic.
